Subject:\u00a0 Minutes of Board Meeting<\/span><\/p>\n 1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards, at 7:04 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With 5 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0 Attendance at the Meeting included:<\/span><\/p>\n Vicki Edwards<\/p>\n Marcel Moreau<\/p>\n George Ziska, Jr.<\/p>\n Janelle Smith<\/p>\n Stu Martin<\/p>\n Ron Strawn<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 10 Dec 14, were approved.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith provided that following status:\u00a0 Great Western Checking Account:\u00a0 $7,499.76; Fidelity Money Market:\u00a0 $59, 207.22; Progress on 2015 Fundraising Goal:\u00a0 8.3%<\/span><\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 The Finance Director Stu Martin discussed the following:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Church of Nativity, Burke, VA Designated Offering, 10-11 Jan 15:\u00a0 Bob Corsi, our VA POC, reported an initial offering total of $31,772.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon, 1:30 PM, 7 Mar 15, Leopard Lanes:\u00a0 Currently we have 13 bowlers signed up.\u00a0 Pledge sheets were passed out to the bowlers.\u00a0 Since the Secretary will be out-of-town, Stu will act as Coordinator for this event.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 E.\u00a0 2015 CFC Distribution will be known in Mar 15.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 F.
