2.\u00a0 Attendance at the Meeting included:<\/span><\/p>\n Vicki Edwards \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Marcel Moreau<\/p>\n George Ziska, Jr.<\/p>\n Stu Martin<\/p>\n Ron Strawn<\/p>\n Kathi Narlock<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 14 Jan 14, were approved.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith provided that following status by email:\u00a0 Great Western Checking Account:\u00a0 $7,920.66; Fidelity Money Market:\u00a0 $59, 207.72; Progress on 2015 Fundraising Goal:\u00a0 9.1%<\/span><\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 The Finance Director Stu Martin discussed the following: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0\u00a0 Attendees brought cans.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Church of Nativity, Burke, VA Designated Offering, 10-11 Jan 15:\u00a0 No new developments from\u00a0Bob Corsi reporting the initial offering total of $31,772.<\/p>\n C.\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon, 1:30 PM, 7 Mar 15, Leopard Lanes:\u00a0 We are still set with 13 bowlers.\u00a0 The Secretary\u00a0requested that the Finance Director not to make a deposit of \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0pledges collected since the info is\u00a0needed for thank you letters.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 2015 CFC Distribution will be known in Mar 15.<\/p>\n E.
