Subject:\u00a0 Minutes of Board Meeting<\/span><\/p>\n 1.\u00a0 The\u00a0 Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards at 7:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 Only 2 of 5 directors were present, so a quorum of the Board did not exist.\u00a0 An informal meeting continued.<\/p>\n 2. \u00a0Attendance at the Meeting included:<\/p>\n Vicki Edwards \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n George Ziska, Jr.<\/p>\n Ron Strawn<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meetings held on 14 July and 11 August 2015, will be reviewed at the next meeting when there is a quorum.<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith was not present to provide a status.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 With the Finance Director position vacant, the Secretary brought up the following items: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0\u00a0 Turn-in on 28 Aug 15:\u00a0 34 lb X $0.30\/lb = $10.20 (includes $0.05\/lb bonus).<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Dinner Raffle, Oct-Nov 15:\u00a0 Ron Strawn has secured $300 in Pizza Ranch (Papillion) certificates.\u00a0 Ticket donation price will remain at $5.00.\u00a0 Raffles prizes will be:\u00a0 1st<\/sup>:\u00a0 $150;
