Subject:\u00a0 Minutes of Board Meeting<\/span><\/p>\n 1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by Vice-President Marcel Moreau at 7:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With 3 of 4 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n 2.\u00a0 Attendance at the Meeting included:<\/span><\/p>\n Marcel Moreau \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n George Ziska, Jr.<\/p>\n Janelle Smith<\/p>\n Kathi Narlock<\/p>\n Ron Strawn<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meetings held on 14 July, 11 August and 8 September 2015, were approved.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith provided that following status to the Secretary:\u00a0 Great Western Checking Account:\u00a0 $23,197.95;
