3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meetings held on 12 November 2015, were approved.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith provided that following status to the Secretary:\u00a0 Great Western Checking Account:\u00a0 $25,786.74; Fidelity Money Market:\u00a0 $44, 211.78; Progress on 2016 Fundraising Goal of $55,000:\u00a0 3.4%.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 With the Finance Director position vacate, the Secretary discussed the following:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0 One attendee brought cans.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 B.\u00a0 Papillion Pizza Ranch Raffle:\u00a0 A total of 261 tickets were sold for a revenue of $1,305, which is the 3<\/span>rd<\/sup> highest raffle total.\u00a0 Fifteen attendees were at the drawing on 19 Nov 15, at Pizza Ranch.\u00a0 The Secretary sent a thank you letter to the Pizza Ranch manager.<\/span><\/p>\n C.\u00a0 Church of Nativity, Burke, VA Designated Offering, Jan 2016:\u00a0 Bob Corsi indicated that the offering will be held on the weekend of 9-10 Jan 16.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon, Mar 2016:\u00a0 Possible proposed dates for this event were 5, 12 and 19 Mar 16.\u00a0 Ron Strawn will ask Sharon to make reservations at Leopard Lanes.\u00a0 Pledge sheets are planned to be distributed at the next meeting.<\/p>\n E.\u00a0 Offutt Catholic Chapel Designated Offering, Jan 2016:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 2016 Financial Plan:\u00a0 To date, 3.4% of the $55,000 goal has been raised.<\/p>\n G.\u00a0 Offutt Air Show, 30-31 Jul 16:\u00a0 Per an Omaha World-Herald article this week, the Thunderbirds will perform.\u00a0 The preference of those present is to work on Sat, 30 Jul 16.<\/p>\n H.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0 None.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Update of Membership Roster:\u00a0 No updates made.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 B.\u00a0 Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0\u00a0 No new developments.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 C.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 Bob indicated that a family is donating 5% of their estate or $76,000 for the Appalachian home building project at the Church of the Nativity which will be transferred to the Crew.\u00a0 Bob proposed that we build a 2<\/span>nd<\/sup> home, which will be discussed later in the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 D.\u00a0 Crew Website ( <\/span>http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> <\/span>):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/span><\/p>\n E.\u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 F.\u00a0 Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:\u00a0 The pancake breakfast with the Confirmation students at Capehart Chapel will be held from 7 AM to 12:30 PM, Sun, 14 Feb 16.\u00a0 Six (6) Crew members have volunteered to work this event.\u00a0 Confirmation students will be requested to provide baked goods.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 G. 2016 Deployment (work starts on 2 Jun 16):\u00a0 Harry Wallace, our Good Shepherd Chapel point-of-contact, indicated that the Barry and Mary Moore Family has been selected for the 2016 home.\u00a0 The Moore Family have 3 children:\u00a0 Jacob, 7; Peyton, 3 and Noah, 1.
