3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meetings held on 10 December 2015, were approved.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith was not present to provide a report.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 The following items were discussed: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0 With the Can Pac recycling facility closed on Chandler Road, the Secretary needs to locate another place for recycling Al cans.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Church of Nativity, Burke, VA Designated Offering, 9-10 Jan 2016:\u00a0 Bob Corsi reported an initial offering of $29,202.43, which could grow to $40,000.<\/p>\n C.\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon, Mar 2016:\u00a0 Sharon Strawn made reservations for 1:30 PM, Sat, 12 Mar 16, at Leopard Lanes.\u00a0\u00a0 Eight bowler pledge sheets were distributed and Secretary is trying to contact the Laski Family for additional bowlers.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 Offutt Catholic Chapel Designated Offering, 10 Jan 2016:\u00a0 The Chapel accountant reported an offering amount of $1,965.45.<\/p>\n E.\u00a0 2016 Financial Plan:\u00a0 After receiving additional donations, include the large estate gift from VA, 149.7% of the $55,000 goal has been raised.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Offutt Air Show, 30-31 Jul 16:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n G.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0 None.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Old Business:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Update of Membership Roster:\u00a0 No updates made.\u00a0 Board members received an updated copy of the roster.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n C.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 Bob has provided a list of 19 VA volunteers with varying arrival and departures to support the building of 2 homes.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 Crew Website ( http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> <\/span>):\u00a0 Updated \u201cContact Us\u201c section with the list of new Board members..<\/p>\n E.\u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 Two volunteers (Gary and Corey) will be coming from CO for the Siding Crew.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:\u00a0 The pancake breakfast with the Confirmation students at Capehart Chapel will be held from 7 AM to 12:30 PM, Sun, 14 Feb 16.\u00a0 Now only four (4) Crew members have volunteered to work this event.\u00a0 Confirmation students will be requested to provide baked goods.\u00a0 George and Ron will be making a commissary run for supplies at 9 AM, Sat, 13 Feb 16.\u00a0 The Secretary will ensure that we have access to the Chapel at 7 AM on 14 Feb 16.<\/p>\n G. 2016 Deployment (work starts on 2 Jun 16):\u00a0 Harry Wallace, our Good Shepherd Chapel point-of-contact, identified the Hoyt and Regina Gibson Family to receive the 2nd<\/sup> home for this year\u2018s deployment.\u00a0 The Gibson Family currently live in old house in Whitley City.\u00a0 Floor plans for the Moore and Gibson homes will both be 3-BR\u2019s but with different orientations.\u00a0 Currently, 32 volunteers (28 men and 4 women) have been identified for this year\u2019s deployment.\u00a0 The Crew list was passed around for review.<\/p>\n H.\u00a0 Annual Letter to Donors:\u00a0 The Secretary had 75 copies printed at the UPS Store at a cost of $16.20.<\/p>\n I.\u00a0\u00a0 Build 2nd<\/sup> Home in June 2016 with anticipated $76K Estate Gift from VA:\u00a0\u00a0 Per the request of Harry Wallace, advance payments of $20,000 for each of the 2 homes were sent the Good Shepherd Chapel Outreach and received by Kay Morrow on 12 Jan 16.\u00a0 The estate gift from Nora Sinclitico of VA of $76,844.26 and $740.00 in regular collections was received on 12 Jan 16, from the Church of the Nativity of Burke, VA .\u00a0 Expenses for each home will be maintained separately for historical purposes.<\/p>\n 7.\u00a0 New Business:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 2015 IRS Forms:\u00a0 The Secretary will provide the Treasurer with IRS Form 990-EZ, which is due on 15 May 16, and list of major
