Subject:\u00a0 Minutes of Board Meeting<\/span><\/p>\n 1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by Vice-President Marcel Moreau at 7:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With 3 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0 Attendance at the Meeting included:<\/p>\n Marcel Moreau<\/p>\n George Ziska, Jr.<\/p>\n Ron Strawn<\/p>\n Kathi Narlock<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 14 April 2016, were approved.<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith was not present to provided a status.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 The following items were discussed:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Church of Nativity, Burke, VA Designated Offering, 9-10 Jan 2016:\u00a0 Total received from the offering was\u00a0$41,857.17.<\/p>\n C.\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon, Sat, 1:30 PM, 12 Mar 2016, Leopard Lanes:\u00a0 Total pledges received are $3,658, which is a new record amount.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 2016 Financial Plan:\u00a0 Based on total donations received, we now have raised at 233.3% of the $55,000 goal.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 E.\u00a0 Offutt Air Show, Sat, 30 Jul 16:\u00a0 From the volunteer meeting on 18 Apr 16, the Crew has been assigned to work in RoRo stands on Saturday, which serve lemonade, funnel cakes, hot dogs, fries, nachos, smoothies and tea.\u00a0 Designated volunteer parking is North of the BX.\u00a0 Clothes such as cut-off shorts and open toed shoes are not allowed.\u00a0 We will be wearing Crew shirts and hats (if no hat is worn, a hair net is required).\u00a0 Sign-up time is 7:15 AM at HR Central which is located inside the ramp gate, North of the new fire station.\u00a0 To insure that we get credit for 10 volunteers, it is important that we sign in and out of HR Central.\u00a0 The vendor should release volunteers around 5 PM.\u00a0 Depending on the weather and attendance, payout was projected at $1,500.\u00a0 Kathi Narlock was tasked with submitting the following two required volunteer lists:\u00a0 (1) the list of 10 volunteers to SMSgt Blalock of HR Central ( <\/span>anthony.blalock@us.af.mil<\/a><\/span> ) on the specified Excel document; and (2) the signatures of the 10 volunteers certifying the reading of food handling procedures to Base Public Health ( <\/span>Jose.Devora_ramirez@us.af.mil<\/a><\/span> ).\u00a0 Base Public Health will return the approved list for the Crew to post in each stand. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0 None.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Old Business:<\/span><\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Update of Membership Roster:\u00a0 No updates made.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 2016 Combined Federal Campaign Indiana, Kentucky, Southwest Ohio Drive:\u00a0 After the Crew\u2019s deployment, the Secretary will send a letter to past CFC donors concerning the Crew being part of this CFC Drive.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0C.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 Bob has now provided a list of 21 VA volunteers with Steve Mullen added to the Siding Crew.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0D.\u00a0 Crew Website ( <\/span>http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> <\/span>):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/span><\/p>\n E.\u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 F.\u00a0 Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 G. 2016 Deployment (work starts on 2 Jun 16):\u00a0 The Construction Director reported that the foundations and floors have been completed by Harry Wallace and crew for both houses.\u00a0 The onsite Crew list still stands at 33 volunteers (29 men and 4 women).\u00a0\u00a0 The NE Carpool will depart from the Bellevue UPS Store at 6:30 AM, on Tues, 31 May 16.\u00a0 Asst.
