  1. The Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards at 7:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE. With 5 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. The minutes of the meeting held on 14 July 2016, were approved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Treasurer\u2019s Report: Treasurer Janelle Smith provided the following status, as of 31 Jul 16:\u00a0 Great Western Checking Account:\u00a0 $61,909.96;\u00a0 Fidelity Money Market Account:\u00a0 $24,220.28.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Finance Director\u2019s Report: The following items were discussed:\n
              \n
            1. Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0 The Secretary turned in 40 lb of Al cans on 9 Aug 16 and $12 was received.<\/li>\n
            2. Offutt Air Show, Sat, 30 Jul 16:\u00a0 Ten volunteers worked 10 hours.\u00a0 Await our share of the profits.<\/li>\n
            3. Dinner Raffle(Oct-Nov 16):\u00a0 Ron still needs to get over to the Papillion Pizza Ranch to see whether they will again donate $300 in gift certificates.\u00a0 We agreed on the $5 donation ticket price and raffle prizes of:\u00a0 1st<\/sup>:\u00a0 $150; 2nd<\/sup>: $100 and 3rd:\u00a0 $50.<\/li>\n
            4. Church of the Nativity, Burke, VA Offering:\u00a0 To be scheduled for Jan 17.<\/li>\n
            5. Bowl-a-thon:\u00a0 To be scheduled in Mar 17.<\/li>\n
            6. Offutt Catholic Chapel Offering:\u00a0 To be requested by the Secretary.<\/li>\n
            7. Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0 Results to be known in Mar 17.<\/li>\n
            8. 2017 Financial Plan:\u00a0 Received a $100 donation toward the 2017 home.<\/li>\n
            9. Other Ideas:\u00a0 None.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Update of Membership Roster:\u00a0 No changes made.<\/li>\n
                2. 2016 Combined Federal Campaign Indiana, Kentucky, Southwest Ohio Drive:\u00a0 Alisha of the CFC confirmed that having the Good Shepherd Chapel as the service address and Crew\u2019s NE office for receiving CFC revenue satisfied the upper levels of the CFC and the Crew is definitely in the Fall CFC Drive.<\/li>\n
                3. VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/li>\n
                4. Crew Website ( http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> <\/u>):\u00a0 The photo disc for the 2016 deployment has arrived and the President will get her copy to the Webmaster.<\/li>\n
                5. \u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/li>\n
                6. Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:\u00a0 The Secretary is planning to do another Pancake Breakfast with the Offutt Catholic Chapel Confirmation Class, with a tentative date of Sun, 19 Feb 17.\u00a0 Await the start of the Confirmation Class this Fall before putting in a request for this event.<\/li>\n
                7. 2017 Deployment (work starts on Thurs, 1 Jun 17): Harry has started on-site work for the Yancey house.\u00a0 Harry\u2019s goal is complete the septic system and house foundation before Winter.\u00a0 On 2 Aug 16, the Owner approved the floor plan.\u00a0 Since we still have one quillow left over for a young boy, Janelle will ask her mother to make a quillow for the 5-year old girl of the Yancey Family.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  1. New Business:\n
                      \n
                    1. Adopt-A-Road:\u00a0 Sat, 17 Sep 16, was tentatively chosen for picking up trash on 25th<\/sup> Street.<\/li>\n
                    2. Audit of CY 2016 Accounting Books:\u00a0 With revenues in CY 2016 exceeding $100,000, the CFC will require that an audit of our books be available for possible submission.\u00a0 President Vicki Edwards will consult a friend who is CPA for possibly doing this audit in the Jan-Feb 2017 timeframe.<\/li>\n
                    3. 2017 Advance Payment:\u00a0 Per Harry Wallace\u2018s request, a $20,000 advance payment was sent on 29 Jul 16 for completing the septic system and foundation on the 2017 home.\u00a0 By email, Harry confirmed the receipt of the advance payment on 5 Aug 16.\u00a0 Harry will install the sub floor next May.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. The Crew Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM and the next Board Meeting was set for 7 PM, Thursday, 8 Sep 16, <\/strong>at 9803 S. 21st<\/sup> Circle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
