Treasurer’s Report:\u00a0 The Secretary provided the following
\nstatus on a report prepared by Treasurer Janelle Smith, as of 30 April 2006:
\nGreat Western Checking:\u00a0 $8,221.65; Fidelity Money Market:\u00a0 $69,109.35;
\nProgress on the $30,000 fundraising goal:\u00a0 142.2%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Finance Director’s Report:\u00a0 Finance Director Mark White
\nprovided\u00a0 the following status:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\n\nA.\u00a0 Lucinda Pins:\u00a0\u00a0 No additional sales with 7 pins
\nremaining in the inventory.<\/p>\nB.\u00a0 Civic Auditorium\/Rosenblatt Concessions:\u00a0 Ken
\nZieiger and\u00a0 George Ziska, Jr. are scheduled to work the UNL-Creighton
\nbaseball game at Rosenblatt on 16 May 06, with Vicki Edwards showing up a
\nlittle late.\u00a0 A schedule was emailed and discussed for working the College
\nWorld Series (CWS) from 16-26 Jun 06.<\/p>\nC.\u00a0 Easter Bake Sale, Sat & Sun, 8-9 Apr 06, Both
\nChapels:\u00a0 The Chapel check for bake sale for $707.65 has been delayed due to
\nthe sponsor forgetting to sign the release.\u00a0\u00a0 The Secretary reported
\nreceiving an additional $10 check separately.<\/p>\nD.\u00a0 Pancake Breakfast, Sun, 7 May 06, Both Chapels:
\nThe event netted $422.69 ($603.01 – $180.32).\u00a0 SAC Chapel netted $264.14
\n($354.00 – $89.86) and Capehart Chapel netted $$158.55 ($249.01 – $90.46).
\nThe Catholic Youth Ministry provided excellent help in running this event.<\/p>\nE.\u00a0 Outback Dinner Raffle:\u00a0 Finance Director Mark White
\nindicated that this event is tentatively planned for after the deployment.<\/p>\nF.\u00a0 Chapel Fundraiser Schedule:\u00a0 The Secretary submit
\nan approval request to the Wing Chaplain on 4 May 06, with a copies to the
\nPeggy Hoffman, the Catholic Pastoral Assistant and Jodi Eagle, the
\nProtestant Parish Coordinator.<\/p>\nG.\u00a0 Younkers Community Day, 11 Nov 06:\u00a0 It was decided
\nto remove this event from fundraising activities due to the lack of return
\nfor the work involved.<\/p>\nH.\u00a0 Lincoln Air show, Sun, 24 Sep 06:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Finance
\nDirector Mark White submitted the application but no word has been heard
\nback yet.\u00a0 Questions as to the profit sharing formula remain and if not
\nfavorable, we may still decide not to do this event.<\/p>\nI.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0\u00a0 None.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n\nA.\u00a0 Update of\u00a0 Membership Roster:\u00a0 The Secretary passed
\naround the roster for updating.<\/p>\nB.\u00a0 Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0 A 2006 distribution
\ncheck for $255.28 was received on 20 Apr 6.\u00a0 The Crew has been approved for
\n2006 CFC Drive.<\/p>\nC.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n
D.\u00a0 2005 Deployment, 4-11 Jun 05:\u00a0 The Secretary
\nindicated that $4.8K cost overrun on the 2005 home might be covered\u00a0 this
\nJune depending on our financial situation and the wishes of the Board.<\/p>\nE.\u00a0 Offutt Chapel Designated Offering, 11-12 Mar 05:
\nThe donor list was passed around\u00a0 for additions and corrections.<\/p>\n\u00a0F.\u00a0 2006 Deployment, 2-15 Jun 06:\u00a0 The Crew list
\nof 24 volunteers was passed around the table.\u00a0 The Secretary provided the
\nTreasurer’s mailing address so gas receipts from carpool drivers could be
\nmailed before 30 Jun 06.\u00a0 The Construction Director has not sent the
\nMaterial List to Sister Nancy since the plumbing material take-off has not
\nbeen received from Pat Colton, the plumber who lives in VA.\u00a0 Vicki Edwards
\nhas received the $1,000 check for food.<\/p>\nG.\u00a0 Crew Website (http:\/\/members.cox.net\/accrew\/main.htm<\/span><\/span> ):\u00a0 No new
\ndevelopments.<\/p>\nH.\u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 Gary and
\nKaye are now driving to KY.\u00a0 The Secretary offered for the Crew to pay for
\ngas based on doubling the amount of gas receipts to KY plus the $20 for an
\noil change.\u00a0 Kaye is still trying to work out details with Sister Jean on
\nthe parenting training.<\/p>\nI.\u00a0\u00a0 Account Signature Cards:\u00a0\u00a0 Revising the signature
\nauthority on the money market account is still unresolved..<\/p>\n\u00a0J.\u00a0 IRS Forms:\u00a0 The Secretary sent\u00a0 IRS Form
\n990EZ to the IRS on 13 Apr 06.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
