Minutes of Board Meeting  1.&nbsp; The Meeting was opened by Vice-President Marcel Moreau, at 7:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.&nbsp; With 3 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.&nbsp;   2.&nbsp; Attendance at the Meeting included: Marcel Moreau George Ziska, Jr. Mark White Ron Strawn  3.&nbsp; The minutes of the meeting held on 12 January 2011, were approved.  4.&nbsp; Treasurer\u2019s Report:&nbsp; Treasurer Janelle Smith provided the following financial status to the Secretary, as of 31 Jan 11: Checking Account:&nbsp; $3,447.34; Money Market:&nbsp; $43,434.89; Progress on 2011 $42,000 Fundraising:&nbsp; 6.8 %   5.&nbsp; Finance Director\u2019s Report:&nbsp; Finance Director Mark White discussed the following items:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A.&nbsp; Al Can Recycling:&nbsp; One attendee brought cans.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; B.&nbsp; Offutt Chapel Designated Offerings:&nbsp; The Chapel Accounting Assistant reported that the Protestant designated offering on 6 Feb 11, has an unofficial total of $2,809.00.&nbsp; Although requested, no bulletin notice was put in the Catholic bulletin for the scheduled 13 Feb designated offering.&nbsp; The Secretary and the Vice-President sent out announcing emails for the Catholic designated offering on 27 Jan and 8 Feb 11.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; C.&nbsp; Church of the Nativity, Burke, VA:&nbsp; Bob Corsi reported that the offering total is near $31,000, as of 31 Jan 11.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; D.&nbsp; Bowl-a-thon, 1:30 PM, Sat, 12 Mar 11:&nbsp; To date, 9 bowlers have signed up for this event.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; E.&nbsp; CFC\/United Way:&nbsp; Results of 2010 Fall CFC Drive will be available in Mar 11.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; F.&nbsp; Other Ideas:&nbsp; Kathi Narlock provided an email on the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation which funds housing throughout the country.&nbsp; However, the foundation info indicates that grant requests are not solicited.&nbsp; More info will be requested.&nbsp;   6.&nbsp; Old Business: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A.&nbsp; Update of Membership Roster:&nbsp; No changes were noted on the roster. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; B.&nbsp; Combined Federal Campaign:&nbsp;&nbsp; The 11th 2010 CFC distribution check for $780.48 was received on 28 Jan 11.&nbsp; If this was the last distribution check, there would be shrinkage of $497.51, from the original net donation total of $6,738.99.&nbsp; The Crew has received the 2011 CFC application which is due on 18 Mar 11.   &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; C.&nbsp; VA Connection (Bob Corsi):&nbsp; Bob provided names of 20 VA onsite crew volunteers.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; D.&nbsp; Crew Website ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accrew.org\" title=\"http:\/\/www.accrew.org\">http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> ):&nbsp; Webmaster duties were transferred from Sarah Edwards to Rick and Kathi Narlock.&nbsp; The site has been updated.&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; E.&nbsp; Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):&nbsp; Gary, Corey and two other volunteers will be coming from CO.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; F.&nbsp; Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:&nbsp; No new developments.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; G.&nbsp; 2011 Deployment (2-15 Jun 11):&nbsp; Sister Nancy Sutton of the Good Shepherd Mission has selected Ricky and Tabatha Ridner for our 2011 home.&nbsp; The Ridners have two daughters, Takelia and Takayla.&nbsp; The Ridner Family is currently living an unhealthy and unsafe trailer.&nbsp; The onsite crew list currently includes 32 volunteers, as follows:&nbsp; Food Crew:&nbsp; 3; Building Crew:&nbsp; 22; Finish Crew:&nbsp; 7.&nbsp; The Construction Director has requested additional info from Sister Nancy for doing the floor plan.&nbsp; The gift list for the Ridner Family could include some home appliances.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; H.&nbsp; Donor List:&nbsp; The Secretary continues the update the list.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I.&nbsp; Order Crew Hats:&nbsp; The Secretary has ordered 24 hats from Rapid Graphics &amp; Signs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;   &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; J.&nbsp; IRS Forms:&nbsp; The Secretary provided the Treasurer the Form 990 for the CFC application.&nbsp; The 2010 Form 990EZ for the IRS is not available yet on the IRS website.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 7.&nbsp; New Business:&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A.&nbsp; Nonprofit Corporation Biennial Report:&nbsp; The Secretary submitted this required report to the NE Secretary of State which includes the names and addresses of the Board of Directors and a $20.00 fee. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  8.&nbsp; The Crew Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.&nbsp; The next meeting was set for 7 PM, Wed, 9 Mar 11, at 9803 S. 21st Circle.
