1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards, at 8:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With 4 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 14 November 2012, were approved.<\/p>\n
4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith previously provided to the Secretary the following status, as of 30 Nov 12:\u00a0 Checking Account:\u00a0 $4,117.40; Money Market Account:\u00a0 $50,196.44; Progress on $50,000 Fundraising Goal:\u00a0 8.6 %.<\/p>\n
5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Finance Director Mark White discussed the following items:<\/p>\n
A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n
