1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by Vice-President Marcel Moreau, at 7:00 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With 3 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 10 April 2013, were approved.<\/p>\n
4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith provided the following status, as of 30 Apr 13:\u00a0 Checking Account:\u00a0 $10,978.72; Money Market Account:\u00a0 $75,198.55; Progress on $50,000 Fundraising Goal:\u00a0 77.8% + 30% (for the advanced payment) = 107.8%.<\/p>\n
5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Finance Director Mark White discussed the following:<\/p>\n
A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0 Turn-in on 4 May 13:\u00a0 54 lb X $0.40 = $21.60.\u00a0 For FY13, 252 lb have been turned with a total revenue of\u00a0 $94.30, which is worth about 34 2 X 4 wall studs.\u00a0 One attendee brought cans.<\/p>\n
B.\u00a0 VA Designated Offering:\u00a0 The Church of the Nativity sent additional and final check for $120.00, which brings the total to $41,964.21, for the offering.<\/p>\n
C.\u00a0 CFC\/United Way:\u00a0 The 2013 CFC Distribution will be $4,700.50.<\/p>\n
D.\u00a0 Baker\u2019s Gift Card:\u00a0 Vice-President Marcel Moreau has requested a $200 gift card for the Phillips Family to use at the Whitley City Kroger\u2019s supermarket.\u00a0 Marcel indicated that the Secretary was included on the request, as the point-of-contact for questions.<\/p>\n
E.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0 Finance Director Mark White was questioned as to how the cancelled 2013 Offutt Air Show would be replaced in the FY 14 fundraising.\u00a0 Mark will submit plan after our deployment.\u00a0 Others were requested to come up with fundraising ideas.<\/p>\n

B.\u00a0 Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n
C.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 Bob replaced Wally Mack of the Finish Crew with Jeff Gray.<\/p>\n
