1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards, at 7:06 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With only 2 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did not exist.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 10 July 2013, will be reviewed at the next meeting do to a lack of a quorum.<\/p>\n

B.\u00a0 VA Designated Offering:\u00a0 The Church of the Nativity collection is tentatively set for Jan 14.<\/p>\n
C.\u00a0 CFC\/United Way:\u00a0 The 2013 CFC Distribution will be $4,700.50.<\/p>\n
D.\u00a0 8th<\/sup> Annual Outback Raffle (Oct-Nov 13): \u00a0The Secretary reserved a spot at the Harlan Drive No Frills for selling tickets from 10 AM to 2 PM, Sat, 19 Oct 13.<\/p>\n E\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon:\u00a0 Set for Mar 14.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Offutt AFB Catholic Chapel Designated Offering:\u00a0 Still no response from the Chapel on a date for this offering.<\/p>\n G.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0 None.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Old Business:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Update of Membership Roster:\u00a0 No changes noted.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0 The Kick off Breakfast will be 7 AM, Mon, 16 Sep 13.\u00a0 The Secretary plans to attend.<\/p>\n C.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 Crew Website ( http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> <\/span>):\u00a0 Including the 2013 deployment photos and transferring to a free site are still pending.<\/p>\n E.\u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n G.\u00a0 2014 Deployment (Wed, 4 Jun to Thurs, 19 Jun 14, including travel and work; work starts on Friday, 6 Jun 14):\u00a0 Our St. Joe\u2019s Inn reservations request for 5-8 Jun 14, was approved by Owner Jim Barney who is taking over management of the Inn.\u00a0 The cost remains $60 per person per week.\u00a0 Revised rules for clean-up of the Inn were reviewed.<\/p>\n H.\u00a0 James Hardie Co.
