1.\u00a0 The Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards, at 7:04 PM, at 9803 S. 21st Circle, Bellevue, NE.\u00a0 With 5 of 5 directors present, a quorum of the Board did exist.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 The minutes of the meeting held on 12 March 2014, were approved.<\/p>\n
4.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report:\u00a0 Treasurer Janelle Smith provided the following report, as of 31 Mar 14:\u00a0 Great Western Checking:\u00a0 $8,177.05; Fidelity Cash Reserves:\u00a0 $39,203.61; Progress on 2014 $50,000 Fundraising Goal:\u00a0 -9.2% (However, when the $15,000 advanced payment is added back into the revenue raised, the progress is 20.7%.)<\/p>\n
5.\u00a0 Finance Director\u2019s Report:\u00a0 The Secretary and Finance Director discussed the following:<\/p>\n
A.\u00a0 Cans for 2 X 4\u2019s:\u00a0\u00a0 Turn-in on 25 Mar 14:\u00a0 44 lb X $0.40\/lb = $17.60.<\/p>\n
B.\u00a0 VA Designated Offering, 25-26 Jan 14:\u00a0 Bob Corsi reports that after an initial collection of $28,000, the collection is now over $47,000.\u00a0 No additional status report has been receive from Bob.<\/p>\n
C.\u00a0 CFC\/United Way:\u00a0 The 2014 CFC Distribution will be $3,251.00.<\/p>\n
D.\u00a0 Bowl-a-thon,1:30 PM, 8 Mar 14, Leopard Lanes:\u00a0 The total collected was $2,825.00 which is new record with previous record of $2,736 in 2012.<\/p>\n
E.\u00a0 Offutt Air Show, Sun, 20 Jul 14:\u00a0 From the Air Show meeting on 2 Apr 14, the Secretary reported the following:\u00a0 (1) The Crew\u2019s assignment for one share of the profits is 6 volunteers on the Dippin\u2019 Dots stands and 4 volunteers on the Roca Berry Farm stand.\u00a0 (2) Showtime to sign-in at HR Central (north of the new fire station) is 0815 and volunteers must also sign out at the end of the day.\u00a0 (3)\u00a0 Volunteers are to park at Dyess and Castle Halls (north of the BX).\u00a0 (4) We will be wearing Crew shirts and hats.\u00a0 No open toed shoes or sloppy clothes will be allowed.\u00a0 (5) All volunteers must sign off on the Offutt Public Health\u2019s food handling training and the signed list must be emailed to Ssgt Daniel Rodriguez in Public Health and posted in all stands. (6)\u00a0 The volunteer list must emailed to SMSgt Anthony Blalock( anthony.blalock@us.af.mil<\/a><\/span> ) by 20 Jun 14.\u00a0 (7)\u00a0 Share money should be available around 6-7 Aug 14.\u00a0 (8)\u00a0 Extra volunteers, over the 10 required, may receive credit if needed by waiting at HR Central until 0900.\u00a0 Finance Director Stu Martin passed around the food handling instructions and the sign-off list to the volunteers present.\u00a0 With only one more meeting before the volunteer list needs to be submitted before our June deployment, the Secretary emphasized the importance of finding the remaining 4 volunteers by the next meeting.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Other Ideas:\u00a0 None.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0 Old Business:<\/p>\n A.\u00a0 Update of Membership Roster:\u00a0 No changes were noted.<\/p>\n B.\u00a0 Combined Federal Campaign:\u00a0 CFC email notification was received on 25 Mar 14, indicating that the 4th<\/sup> and final bank deposit on the 2013 distribution has been made.\u00a0 The Treasurer indicated that a deposit of $1,279.20, is shown on the March bank statement but she need to confirm with the CFC that this is the 4th 2013 deposit.\u00a0 Also CFC email notification was received on 31 Mar 14, indicating that 1st<\/sup> bank deposit on the 2014 distribution was made but Treasurer has no record of this deposit at this time.\u00a0 The 2014 distribution of $3,251.00 is slightly below the average distribution of $3,307.14, but significantly below the 2013 distribution of $4,700.50.<\/p>\n C.\u00a0 VA Connection (Bob Corsi):\u00a0 Bob final list of volunteers includes 16 men.<\/p>\n D.\u00a0 Crew Website ( http:\/\/www.accrew.org<\/a> <\/span>):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n E.\u00a0 Colorado (CO) Connection (Gary Piper):\u00a0 No new developments.<\/p>\n F.\u00a0 Volunteer Recruitment in Bellevue:\u00a0 The 2 pancake breakfast attendees who expressed interest in going on the June deployment have schedule conflicts and now cannot make it.<\/p>\n G. 2014 Deployment (Wed, 4 Jun to Thurs, 19 Jun 14, including travel and work;
